You are requested to register at the Registration Counter, located on Level 4 of the SICC starting on Wednesday, 12th Oct 2022 from 1400-1800 hours. Upon registration, you can collect your name badge, conference bag and receive your online access to download the E-Programme Book, and other materials.

Delegates are advised to wear their badges at all times during the congress to be able to access all scientific sessions and the exhibition.

The industry exhibition zone is open to all registered delegates. This forms an integral part of the Conference. Located at the Level 4 Main Foyer, SICC, the exhibition provides an ideal opportunity for members of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare providers and publishers to discuss the latest products and services available. The Conference provides a platform for many high-profile promotional opportunities through sponsorship.

POSTER and E-POSTER STATION

The congress provides large multi-panel poster boards for placing physical posters. Another alternative to the traditional printed-paper poster, the congress is pleased to introduce e-posters that you will share our enthusiasm for this innovative approach to digital poster presentation. There will be several TV monitors at the congress where all posters can be viewed. These e-posters can be viewed at the Right Wing of the Main Foyer at Level 4.

VIRTUAL PLATFORM

Virtual platform is accessible here. This platform is mainly for Delegate who has registered for Virtual Main Congress and Virtual Pre-Congress Workshop

e-CERTIFICATE

The eCertificate of Attendance and the eCertificate of Appreciation will be issued to all faculty members. It will be made available for self-download from the Congress Website after the conference.

E-SOUVENIR PROGRAMME

The Organising Committee has agreed that this year the conference will go green i.e. trying to achieve at least 90% paperless format. Therefore, there will be no printing of souvenir programme book to be distributed to the delegates during the conference. To ensure all the information is passed on to the delegates, we will create QR Scan to Download Mobile APP for this purpose.

The relevant QR-codes for download in order to access the MobileAPP, souvenir programme, abstracts and exhibitors information will all be available at the registration counter. You may install the MobileAPP from IOS Appstore and Google Play store, search for “APPSPGHAN 2022”.
